TGIF! I don't know about you all, but I've had a super busy week. I'm ready for the weekend and can't wait to have some time out and get in to my craft room.
I'm also long overdue for a catch up on writing my newsletter, setting the dates for my next lot of classes and working out when I can schedule my next open house! Let me know if you have any preferences for date/time but it's likely to be in the first week or so of September.
Here's a little something we made as our make-and-take at a workshop a few weeks ago. Most of the ladies attending had crafted before so we did something a little trickier than usual. Actually it was really simple... it just looked tricky. We had a blast and they all made some stunning projects. Apologies for the funny photography... I took them in very strange light :-/

It's a super simple easel card. I love this style of card as it allows the recipient to put it on a desk or shelf to enjoy the gift that a hand made card is. I only used two colours of cardstock - but we did lots of stamping to get this effect.
If you'd like to learn how to make this, why not consider hosting a workshop. Workshops are a great way of checking out stamping and see if it's something you love. It's also a fabulous way of growing your products, as you have an opportunity to earn free stamps and product, along with a gift from me. There's no pressure to buy. I really just love stamping and am happy to share my passion for paper craft with others. Alternatively if you see something you love on my blog you could consider getting a few of your friends together for a custom class. This is a wonderful way to catch up with friends, have a laugh or two, learn some new skills, use all my products :-) and have fun. Email me at info@sallycancraft.com if you're interested in hosting a workshop or a custom class.
Thanks for stopping by. Have a fabulous weekend.
Sally
