Birthday girl

Here's a little something I made for a very dear friends birthday last week.  Today I'll share the card with you, but keep an eye out for later in the week where I share the gift I made also.

When I first took a look at the Autumn/Winter mini catalogue I had a huge wish list.  Slowly I've been transforming that wish list to be a supplies list as things migrate to my shelves.  In this card I've used a number of items from the mini - the Top Note die, the Very Vintage wheel, and Soft Suede ribbon and ink.  So much goodness in such a lovely little catty.    The Very Vintage wheel is just stunning.  When you use it with Soft Suede ink on craft cardstock it looks like a printed background - completely amazing.  I can't wait to get some time to scrapbook and use it!!

Anyway that's it for me today.  I'm going to be a little slow updating my blog the next few weeks as I'm busy traveling again for work.  I'll try and get a little ahead - but I just wanted to ask for your forgiveness & patience in advance.

Thanks for stopping by.

Sally
