Thanks

I've had to make a few Thank You cards this week. I always love making Thank You cards as it means I'm doing something to proactively show people that I appreciate them. I tried a new type of slider class this week - something I saw at Marelle's house and thought I must copy. If you haven't seen her work - you must - she's inspiring.

This card has 2 great parts to it. On the front, when you pull the ribbon it slides up to reveal a sentiment stamp and form an easel. It's great because you can stand the card up on your desk easily and admire the stamped front. The second part which is just as great is that the card still folds out normally and you can write your own personal message inside. So you're not short of space. It can also be quite personal as someone can display the card (as shown below) but your handwritten message is hidden away.

I did manage to restrain myself from using my favourite colour combo - but only because I adore the Bella Blue papers too! What do you think? Would this Thank You card put a smile on your face?
