Here's a little card I made some time ago - mostly using retired products. I was throwing together lots of elements and different techniques just to see if it would work. I didn't have time to pull out my sewing machine. And quite frankly I don't think I could sew perfect circles so I used a white gel pen to draw on the stitches. It has a similar effect to hand sewn stitches - not quite perfect :-)
I love the sentiment Make a Wish. I think this is something we need to do more that just birthdays - make a wish on a new week and work to make it come true.
