Flying through the week

Do you ever feel like the 2nd half of the year speeds up?  I can't believe how quickly each day and week is just flying by.  Before you know it we're going to be at Christmas, so I better get a move on and start blogging more regularly or you're still going to be looking at this same batch of cards!

Here's a thank you card I needed to make as part of a set that someone won in our recent charity auction.    This was a really simple card to make.  Let's face it Stampin' Up! make every card easy as everything coordinates so well!  I kept the colour combo very simple - pinks and browns - and used just the one stamp set - Flight of the Butterfly - and a few punches. Hope you like it.

I also used a two-step stamping technique on the butterfly to give it a two colour scheme.  If you love two-step stamping then July is a great month for you as Stampin' Up! is currently offering 20% off many of it's 2-step stamps.  To check out a list of what's on sale click HERE.  The sale finishes on 31 July so make sure you get your order in to me by then.

Well that's it for me today.  Hope you've all had a fabulous week & enjoy the weekend that's almost upon us!

Sally
