Remembering moments

So often I want to share precious memories with people, but not necessarily online or in a scrapbook (although I do the former often).  There is something really special about giving a loved one a gift of photos  and a card to let them know you care and share part of you life with them.  The double tri-shutter album is perfect for this.  What starts out as a card, becomes an opportunity to share some special memories and moments with others.  As my parents live interstate it's a great way to share our life with them.

I made this album a little while ago as a demonstration project for my future classes, but I haven't shown you yet.   All the photos were from hubby's and my trip to Europe and the US last year.  I went for a simple colour palate of neutrals as I wanted to highlight the photos rather than the stamping or papers.  I've left space on the far left and right panels for journalling and writing to a message.

If you like this you register for my project class in May.  We'll be making the double-tri-shutter album as either a card or album - your choice.  If you've never stamped, scrapbooked or made a card before it doesn't matter.  Classes are a great way to try a new hobby.  Over a few hours you get to play with all my products, learn something new, and have fun with a lovely group of women - without a huge investment in a new hobby.  In fact you don't have to buy or bring anything.  I supply the lot.  If you've been stamping/card making/scrapping for a while it's the perfect opportunity for a social creative session with like-minded individuals, and to be inspired by others around you.  Sometimes my most creative moments come after a class, having just seen what the girls have done.

I still have seats available for all my May classes so email me if you're interested - info@sallycancraft.com

Oh wow - Man I wish I lived in your State so I could come and do you class!!! I would really love to know how to make this... it's stunning and I could Imagine sending it to my Oma in Sydney. My Opa dies not too long ago so she's been a little down. I think something like this would be the ultimate gift for her!
