For many people 2016 has been a year of challenges.  For others it's been a year of growth and success.  Regardless of what has come your way in 2016 it's made you who you are today and who you will be tomorrow.  As we round out the year in a few days time I encourage you all to take a few moments and look back on the year to find the moments which have brought you joy, courage and strength.  Take these forward into 2017.
