Something fun

At my last open house I couldn't decide between two make-and-takes, so I gave up and encouraged everyone to make both.  Last week I showed you the first one which was very vintage and in muted natural colours (with a hint of blue) which is right up my alley.  For the second make-and-take I wanted to stretch myself and also show everyone the versatility of Stampin' Up! products, so we made this very bright, very floral, very simple card.  (You'll have to excuse the photography again the light was terrible!)

I used the Big Shot scallop circle die over a folded piece of Melon Mambo to create this cute card.  It took all of about 3 minutes to make - which would be perfect if you had to made a bunch of these for invites or thank-you cards.

For something so bright I really kind of like it - although the photos don't show the colour at all well - sorry - you'll just have to come to a class and I'll show it to you in person.

Anyway thats all I've got to show you today.  Don't forget the clock is ticking on Deal of the Week #3.  I'm putting in my order at 9pm on Tuesday night so let me know if there is something you just can't pass up!
