Everything

On the weekend I had a great excuse to get crafty.  It was Mothers Day, we had an engagement party to go to, and it was my friends birthday on Monday.  The card I'm going to show you today is the one I made for the engagement party.

I absolutely love the vintage look in the current Autumn/Winter mini and keep going back to the stamps and the colours time and time again.  In this card I also showcase one of my new favourites the Bigz die Top Note.  I used quite a few different stamps and colours in this.  Can you guess what DSP I used? (scroll down for answer).

Did you guess Bella Blue?  Who would have thought.  The reverse side of one of the sheets goes beautifully with Soft Suede, Kraft and chocolate chip.  I also got to use my favourite of the moment stamp set (cause you can't have just one) - Life Definitions - on the inside.  I love this set as it's just so nice to have something meaningful, a little quirky and not too flowery inside a card.  You know what I mean right?  None of those soppy love poems here :-)

Anyway thats it from me today.  Hope you like it.

Thanks for stopping by.

Sally

  1. Sally - this card is stunning. So nice to see something other than Rich Razzleberry or pinks. This is just perfect.
