Scrap happy

You may have noticed I've been on a scrapbooking binge.  Don't worry I haven't abandoned card making or other paper craft - I'm branching out and hopefully encouraging some of you to as well.

As I've mentioned in previous posts, hubby and I love our wine.  The photos from these pages were taken in the Coonawarra.  And yes - a lot of wine was consumed :-)

These are probably my favourite pages that I've scrapped in a while - yet they were the easiest to do!  I used 2 jumbo wheels - Watercolour Vine & Very Vintage to create the background prints and kept the colour palate very simple - basic black, Soft Suede, Rich Razzleberry, Kiwi Kiss, and Very Vanilla.  A few stamps and punches and the whole page is embellished easily.

I found a new use for one of my favourite punches to create the flowers on the pages - can you guess which one?  It's easy if you take a good look at the last photo..... the butterfly punch!  Isn't it great to discover a new way to use your punches!  I love it.  They are just so versatile.

That's it from me today, except to remind you to sign up for my newsletter.  In May's issues I'll be including some tips and tricks to get more out of your punches, along with a preview of May's classes & much more.

Thanks for stopping by.

Sally
